Wrinkle Relaxing / Prevention:
What is Botox?

Botox/Dysport are injectable neuromodulators that temporarily relax facial muscles to soften the look of lines and wrinkles.
Botox/Dysport is most commonly used to treat crow’s feet, frown lines, and forehead lines, but it’s also used in other areas, including the lips, nose, lower face, neck, and even downturned smiles. The toxin treats wrinkles created by repeated muscle movement (think: frown lines and furrowing your brow).

It can also delay the formation of new lines, which is a plus if you’re concerned about wrinkles developing later. Using it preventatively is called “baby Botox,” with some people beginning treatment in their mid-20s to early 30s.

Results from Botox/Dysport are seen between 2-4 days post-treatment, with maximum results seen at 14 days. This is a very easy procedure, with no downtime, you can resume your normal daily activity directly post-treatment. There is a small chance of bruising but not likely with Botox/Dysport injections.
Volume, Plump and Fill:
What Are Dermal Fillers?
Injectable fillers, also called dermal fillers, can be used to plump lips, smooth wrinkles and folds, and fill in the under-eye hollows known as tear troughs. They can also add volume to cheeks, jawline and chin.

Hyaluronic acid such as Juvederm or Restylane are the most popular and safest Dermal Fillers on the market since they can be reversed if needed.

The results from dermal filler injections are seen immediately. There is little to no downtime with filler injections. Some patients may see bruising and a little swelling post procedure, so it is important to speak with our injection specialist prior to any major event, like weddings, reunions, meetings, and travel.

Collagen Boosters, such as Sculptra Aesthetic help restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin to diminish facial wrinkles.

Sculptra works with your body within the deep dermis to help revitalize collagen production and help restore your skin’s inner structure and volume, overtime for the most natural looking results.
Skin Treatments
What is Microneedling?

Microneedling (aka collagen-induction therapy) is a nonsurgical treatment that pricks your skin with tiny needles to improve its appearance. The procedure can help smooth lines and wrinkles, even skin tone (including stubborn melasma), refine enlarged pores, tighten skin, and fade scars and stretch marks.

Does Microneedling hurt?

We apply a topical numbing cream the entire treatment area prior to the treatment, which makes it very comfortable.
What is the downtime?

There is very minimal downtime post microneedling. You can return directly to normal daily activity. You face may appear a little red for the next 12-24 hours post procedure, but this redness is easily covered with makeup.
What is a chemical peel?

A chemical peel uses an acidic solution applied to the skin to remove damaged top layers, speed cell turnover, and boost collagen growth for a brighter, more even-toned complexion. By creating a controlled injury at a specific depth, chemical peels stimulate new skin growth to improve skin texture and appearance.

Peels can effectively treat issues like acne, acne scars, age spots, melasma, hyperpigmentation, rough skin, sun damage, fine lines, and wrinkles. Though primarily for the face, they can be applied to the neck, chest, and hands as well.
Chemical peels are the third most common commonly performed nonsurgical cosmetic procedure in the United States.

Chemical peels are most effective when done in a series, spaced 2-4 weeks apart.
